Do we consider sustainability and the environment?
We insist on using Category 2 Lighting in all our properties and place a real focus on recycling and making sure that our offices do minimal damage to the environment.
Is there much support from us with maintenance or anything else?
We are always on call to provide support with maintenance (e.g. leaky tap, squeaky floor etc.), but we also love to have a chat with our tenants and see how they’re getting along with their business! Support is so important here at Beckenham Business Centre.
